I made a shift in my work when I joined an organization which was working towards the education of the children with special needs, I started teaching them and there I got the pathway which I knew will led me towards what I was looking for. Working with children has given me a meaningful motivation where I am happy that I am contributing towards building up my future generations. Children not only learn from you , they teach you as well and thus I experienced the two way teaching-learning process which I thoroughly enjoy. And hence teaching became my passion and the drive towards pursuing this noble profession.
